I had my interview today. They lost our joint sponsor's documents. I m soooo pissed off I can't explain it. They kept my passport and said we will issue u the visa in a week or two max after we get the AOS form and transcript from the sponsor. Nvc lost it and we have to pay the price. It's just ridiculous really. They hardly asked me anything at the interview though. Just two qs that was it arranged marriage or love. And have u traveled outside Pakistan before. The lady was v polite though. So I don't have anything bad to say about Islamabad embassy. But Nvc sucks big time!

when the NVC sent you the interview letter didnt they ask you to bring new one instead of the lost one ?

Priority is for those who are LPR's and waiting for their date to become current on the Visa bulletin. Only a certain amount of Visa number are released a year. Currently the Visa Bulletin is at 03MAR13 so that means anyone Mat 03 2013 and before they are processing.

Thanks for the suggestion! Trying to do it now...but not sure what to put for "DS-260 Number" field. I am wondering if it is the same as the OMB Control Number on the DS-260 application at the CEAC website.

Ok, found the DS-260 confirmation number in that confirmation email(Immigrant Visa And Alien Registration Confirmation) they sent after submission of DS-260. NVC had no idea of such a number and no idea why that usvisa-info.com website needs it.

Good morning everyone next Monday 12/15 is our interview, I'm trying my best to have everything ready. Im traveling on Friday to meet with my hubby. Question I'm trying to print out our chat conversation over the app line but only form feb to now is over 500 pages. I don't know what to do. Should I print all of them or what should I do?

I'm so sorry to hear they lost your docs. The good thing is that it's not anything that you did. Thank God for that. So happy that your Visa was approved, that's truly wonderful news. I hope my hubbies interview will be smooth as well.

Good morning everyone!! Hope everyone is great. I have a quedtion;

In the interview letter it says Immigrant App part 1 and 2 if I am not mistaken that is DS-260 but that was done online how do I take that or what do I print out.

They also asked for elegibility document what is that?

Lastly, to the guard do we inly show interview letter passport and loomis??

I am so sorry. That is horrible. There is always that off chance when NVC does that. It does happen. But at least you are approved pending them getting all that. Sorry for the delay. But Yea anyway!
