Thanks dwheels! A huge thank you for all your help and advice, I have been following your thread for months now.

Hi sf786 - We started out as an F2A, I became an American citizen in September so now we are in the IR1 category. I can't figure out how to update my timeline so I put a note in the comments. Our PD is August 13, 2013.

I'll be in Trinidad for 2 weeks for the holidays so you all know that I'm pushing my husband to get the medical done ASAP so that I can ask for an earlier interview date, worse the embassy can say is no, right? Can't hurt to try. It would be fantastic if he can come back with me.

I'm sending prayers and positive vibes that everyone gets good news soon.

I-130 --- 08/13/2013 - NOA1 for F2A visa category

9/17/2013 - transferred from Vermont to NBC

12/16/2013 - NOA2

01/08/2014 - NVC receipt date

02/11/2014 - NVC case # & IIN received

02/13/2014 - AOS paid

02/13/2014 - DS261 completed

2/28/2014 - received IV invoice/email from NVC

3/3/2014 - IV invoice available to pay & paid

Just finished speaking with Ivette at NVC and interview has not been scheduled for us yet. ? She said they dont know when they will assign interview date. she said they usually send email providing interview date 1 week after they schedule the interview. So I guess we just gotta wait more. Was really hoping to get good news today ? but hope we hear something by end of this week. Good luck to everyone still waiting for interview to be scheduled.

Alhamdulillah. I just called NVC and found out that my Wife's interview is scheduled at Islamabad (Pakistan) consulate for Jan 9th InshaAllah. My case was completed on Nov 14th. Thank you dwheels and all of my friends on VJ. Best of luck to you all

RobbieG, alepenaflor, and any other fellow CD Juarez buddy, any news?! People on fb have been getting interviews scheduled with case completes on nov. 13th for Juarez. I have CC from Nov. 24 and I'm too scared to call lol hello guys! ?

Is your case complete October 21st or Dec 2nd? The spreadsheet says Dec 2nd.

received an email saying case complete 21st of nov. Then received another email nov26. With attachment, which I guess is the Confirmation letter.

Hope we get good news next week and make the cut for a January interview. Im just scared because Egypt has been known to wait months before interview is scheduled. Hopefully they didnt go back to that and are still scheduling a little more normal like the rest of the embassies

I called around 1pm, 3 hours less tan them and nop nothing, my CC is Nov 25 but im sure we will get an interview, Juarez is a super big (i know busy too) consulate, just keep your mind positive, im not going to call tomorrow unless you guys get it, ill call friday!! keeppraying :clock::dancing:

Here is a question: My wife finished her studies in France and is now back home in her native country of China. Case is complete and now its almost time to schedule interview and she has her consulate as Paris, France. She can get at tourist visa to go back and wrap up the medical and interview(as well as spend some time with her friends there). But would she be allowed to take the interview in Paris, France if she is no longer a resident there but visits with tourist visa?

Oddly enough the agent at NVC said "yeah sure" but I am not feeling it. Could you give me your comments and advice please?

May I know how to track papers in dhl. From nvc to phil consulate? I just want to know when to receive an interview letter so that we can have our medical already. Thank you.
