I called NVC today and they said that my case was expedite and now I have to call US Embassy in New Delhi. NVC will not be the one to schedule my interview. The rep I spoke with she said that I need to figure out interview date with US Embassy in New Delhi. She said that once case is approved on expedite they just take all my document and send it to US Embassy in Delhi. All my documents were send to New Delhi Embassy on November 25,2014. Now I don't know if I need to just sit and wait for US Embassy to reach out to us or we should call them to schedule interview date ourselves. Please advise any one who knows how expedite case goes.

Kind of figured it was expedited after what you said what happened and what you posted your status was. Call the embassy now.

You should email the embassy with your case# in the the subject line and ask for your interview date. So you can go get your biometrics and medical. Do it now.

I got case complete email on December 2, 2014 so now just waiting on Interview letter or email. My consulate is Cd. Juarez Mexico. So please post if you get your interview and what consulate you going! Info very much appreciated.

Congratulations. Since the Case Complete email comes 7 days later I put you same day as another for Mexico on the 24th. That's about the true CC date. As you see its waiting for NVC to start scheduling. Hoping tomorrow they will start.

I am very nervous because my wife is having baby during January 15-19, 2014. So I sure dont know what to do if appointment comes that week? !!!!!!!! I wish there would be a slot this month to go and do interview before baby is born.

Is your wife in Mexico or US?

Also depending how accommodating your embassy is what many do here is once they get interview date and track their petition to the embassy they get in touch with embassy and ask for an earlier date (there's an example on first post) some get it some don't.

Look at msc13 they moved her in a minute from 12/23 to yesterday with a 2 hour notice. OMG.

If you are able to have medical without interview letter do it and get prepared. That way when you write the email you can say "I am ready for the interview with medical results in hand".

Well, I picked up my medical results today, all looks good!! My interview is Monday 8th December, getting close now!!!

Any Canadians out there who can help--

I had last year registered for loomis to get a visitors visa (non-immigrant) to the USA which was approved.

So i registered on Loomis today for the courier services for the immigrant visa, and went through the step by step process to get my confirmation letter. On my confirmation it states that trip purpose is to permanently immigrate to US and my consulate is montreal and gives me applicant details..

but below is says MRV fee amount $160.00 and there is a FEE RECEIPT no. I believe this was from my last year.. when i had $160 fees.

did the people who got the loomis confirmation page have any fees (specifically MRV amount listed on their confirmation page???)

Any help on this would be appreciated.

We are both in living in Mexico, i a border town. Not CD Juarez so we would have to fly or drive there. So I just wait till Friday. And get ready to ask them for a December appointment if they send January appointment?

Best way is to just keep you eyes on your status on the https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Once it says in Transit means its on its way to the embassy.

You mean after NVC scheduled your interview. Because you don't get to schedule your own as a IR1/CR1. Yes DR lists everybody with upcoming interviews on that list once scheduled.

So once you get case complete you sit in queue. DR isn't the fastest embassy at all to release those slots to NVC to schedule..
