I have a question did you guys have to wait exactly 60days for a cc or did it take less???

2014/06/30 : National Visa Center (NVC) received approved I-130 petition from Vermont Service Centre
2014/07/10 : National Visa Center (NVC) Case Number, IIN & BIN generated.
2014/07/18 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
2014/07/18 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/08/15 : Mailed AOS package (Scan date-19th August)

2014/09/04 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/09/06 : Mailed IV package (scanned into system on September 10th)

2014/09/10 : Submitted DS-260

2014/11/07: New scan date for AOS checklist

2015/01/05: Case Complete

Sorry, but it is difficult for me to understand. We already send to NVC 2013 Form 1040 Federal Tax Return, W2, and 2013 Tax Transcript.

They wrote "If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview."

I don't know what is IRS Federal income tax extension. Is it another document? If we didn't send this document, are we ok?

Both of cases are at NVC, as mine as my daughter. Both will be send together. If they will not be send in time (before end this week) our interview date will be automaticaly denied.

The sentence about the extension is just stating if you had a sponsor who had filed an extension and submitted the document stating such now they would need to be be sending the 2013 tax documents. If you did all that then just ignore the email its just a formality.

Oh I am glad you cases are both together. I do hope they hurry and get you both to the embassy.

Called yesterday morning nd no.interview date! when did ur case complete?

I received the email on dec18th

Yh I have. Interview feb 26.

Just recieved P4 letter... can't wait for the "In Transit"!! Happy new year everyone!

Interview Scheduled DEC 31st

Interview Date FEB 18th!!!!!

Was hoping for a sooner date but still thankful.
