It varies widely based on the individual case. It could be a week. It could be years. Any answer you may get from someone else would reflect their unique situation and not yours.

it depends on what it was for.....if you had all docs and they are doing their internal checks it might take about two months....maybe less

Kirk,

Fianceeinwaiting was in AR for 23 months (due to an overstay, I think)

Jamrok's fiancee was in AR for 9 weeks for Cenomar (many "hits" on her name)

BJZags's fiancee was in AR for 5 weeks (reason unknown but me thinks it was for submitting 4 year old birth certificate)

Others had it short at 2~4 weeks

Does anybody know the bulk of AR at the Manila Embassy - what do mainly consist of?

...also, what is the batting average? Percentage of interviews that get approved, denied, or put in AR?
