For the experts out there in VJ land :) are pay stubs necessary if you have a letter from your employer stating your income? Im including tax transcripts and copies of my 1040's. Thanks bunches!

If you got a letter from your employer stating your income then pay stubs are not necessary, but on the other had with all the long wait time and the high possibility of a checklist which instead of being 30 day wait its now 60 days it wouldn't hurt to send them a copy. They would like to see six months of past pay stubs. I got a checklist for the AOS so when I resent it I made sure to include pay stubs. It helped and I got a case approved two weeks ago.
