At what part of your journey did U reach? They are needed with the I 864

with job letter and Tax returns for 2012/13 (someone correct me) I've seen

others say they need only one yr tax return

Im getting ready to send the i864ez form in. It's just a pain trying to find all of the stubs. I will send them to be safe. Thanks!

Thanks! Im waiting to hear about our expedite decision. My husband has a job waiting for him. I pray they give him a favorable decision. His employer is really looking forward to having him start.

Also 1040s are not needed when you include tax return transcripts. In fact it says in the instructions to include the entire tax return OR tax return transcripts.

No you still need to provide proof of current ongoing income.

however with a tax return transcript you do not send your entire tax return. It's much easier to send 2 or 3 sheets of paper vs an entire return including W2s, and all schedules. etc.

If you do not meet the poverty guidelines you need more. Go to www.travel.state.gov to review requirements. I had to review it myself :)
