Medical anywhere?

My wife is 100% Japanese but currently resides in Germany for her work, when the medical process comes up during our CR-1 Visa journey, will she be able to get all her medical check ups in Japan since she flies over there all the time or does she have to get all her check ups done in Germany? Any info would be a great help!!

She MUST get the medical done by a panel approved physician in the country she will interview in, so Germany.

She cannot get the medical done until she has an interview date, fyi.
