If you have children together, then bring their birth certificates. If you have children adjusting with you, then definitely bring theirs. I was not asked for the birth certificates of my older children from a previous marriage. You can bring them just in case, if you have them handy.

Bring your passport with K-1 visa and entry stamp in it. Bring a copy of your I-94, NOA2 approval notice from the I-129F petition, and marriage certificate. Those show your legal entry and eligibility to file for AOS.

If you had all the required vaccinations at the time of your K-1 medical, and your K-1 medical was done less than a year before your interview, then you should not need a new medical, which would entail seeing a civil surgeon for an I-693.

Just bring a copy of what you sent plus a recent pay stub, just in case. They may not even ask about the I-864 and financials. Bring proof of valid marriage, such as joint bank accounts, insurances, lease/mortgage, bills, etc. You may need to provide some proof of co-mingling finances and co-habitation.

Congrats!

We had the same thing, they asked for some photos, asked a bunch of questions to corroborate what we submitted and that's it. Better safe than sorry, though! If we didn't bring everything and they asked for something we didn't have it would have delayed the GC approval by at a minimum of a month, probably longer!
