Hey everyone

Im just so happy wid my hubby visiting me for my birthday (it was the best surprise ever!!)

I have a gud question. He left for the US today (29 Nov) when can he again visit India? Hes planning to come by January. He has a 10 year multiple entry visa for India.

After the Terror attacks in Bombay the Indian Government put some restrictions on how frequently you can enter on a Tourist visa.

He should check with the Consualte to see what the requirements are.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I think there is no issue if he is an Indian born US citizen

It will not be an issue only if he has a PIO or an OCI card, he can come and go as many times as he pleases. The op mentioned he has a Tourist visa so the rules surrounding entry on a Tourist visa would apply to him.

They change rules with each government change :)... if s/he has multiple entry tourist visa then no issue...
