The april filers topics (TSC and CSC) are inactive since a long time now!

Where are you all april filers? At what step of your journey are you?

My interview is on December 2nd! I would really like to have some news of all of you!

Hey! Congrats to you guys! My fiancé has to request his foreign police certificate tuesday. He has filled out DS160, will schedule medical then, once certificate arrives request his interview. We are almost there!! Best wishes to you guys!

My fiancé got his medical on November 10th. Unfortunately, his interview isn't until December 19th, so he won't be here for Christmas. But I'm expecting him to be here by new years or within a few days of that. I see no reason why he won't pass the interview, his record is clean, he passed the medical & I make more than enough money. I'm missing him like crazy right now...also, I'm moving in a week & getting everything set up for when he arrives!

Consulate: London, UK

NOA 1: 2014-04-23

NOA 2: 2014-09-15

NVC Case # Assigned: 2014-10-07

Consulate Received: 2014-10-10

Readiness Form Sent: 2014-10-30

Medical: 2014-11-10

Interview: 2014-12-19

Interview Result: missing paperwork. Took a few weeks for them to get back to his case because of the holidays.

K-1 Approval: 2015-01-15

Visa Received: 2015-01-21

US Entry: 2015-01-29

Marriage: 2015-04-23

exciting exciting! I told my fiance to call today to see what availability they have for his medical as he is off on the 9th so he can go and get it done. I will see if he did it!

Awesome!! Congrats! What are some the questions they ask?

They ask me:

- "How did you meet your fiancé?"

- "When did you go to the USA?"

- "What is he doing for living?"

And I think that's it!

Very fast but also very stressful!

My future brother in law is wonderful. Instead of having to wait 3 months to get a police certificate from Ghana, he was able to get it done in one week so now it being sent to my fiancé via DHL and we will schedule his medical soon then lastly his interview. Seeing how quick things went unexpectedly we moved our date back to safeguard us but, I kind of kick myself for being so impatient and faithless as we could have kept our april date but.. all is well.
