I have a curiousity question about the case number. I know what the number signify. But wondering about what internal USCIS number fellow Filipino's got? Especially since they have been getting approved quicker the last few months. I've read that typically the internal code number is 5 AAA (service Center) BB (The fiscal year) CCC (the number of workday received) D (the internal USCIS code, typically a 5) and finally EEEE (The case number received-specific to your case. I am curious about D, the internal code and the number was? Or if that has any, if at all, any significance. If your number was different from the typical 5, was the service faster than your counterparts? Or was it the same as others who filed about the same time?

Number assigned at USCIS is a first come - first assigned deal nothing special about it. Sort of like at the meat market... take a number. ;)

Odds are in your favor that your case will be expedited as USCIS seems to still be processing petitions from the Philippines quickly.

Question: If two other Filipino applicants were approved at TSC before yours should there be cause for concern? I ask because I received the NOA1 on December 4. And I noticed the 2 Filipino couples that were approved had their NOA1 on December 18, 22 and have already been approved and received their NOA2. What are some things that can be done. I am hoping I am not in limbo.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Just wanted to update. Our application was officially approved today, actually just got the notice moments ago. Our NOA1 was December 4. Anyway, we decided to file for expedite and was approved last week. Then today was approved. So now ready for the next phase. I assume it is okay to go ahead and prepare the documents for interview.

HA! Definitely :) Look forward to finally getting into the next phase of the process. Know it doesn't get any easier, but at least out of the wait at TSC.

I didn't ask her to marry me. I believe that is what the 90 days is for.

If your Girlfriend shows up to a Fiancée visa interview and is asked "when did he propose", which they do ask often, what would she answer? If she answers "He has not proposed yet", you could be looking at a denial.

Sorry for the odd question, proof of intent to marry and engagement. Should you put the embassy address in place of the TX address in the intent to marry? I am also curious about the I-134, think I asked before but cannot find it. In the G325 I mentioned I am full time employee at a hospital, but also a self-employed person with my own company. Full time position is the money maker, whereas the other I did make over 10,000 last year. I am wondering how to include both or just one (full time) be okay? Should I make two I-134 or just worry about the full-time?

You only do one I-134, you list your GROSS INCOME as shown on your 1040, include a copy of your most recent tax return and W2 (for self employed other pertinent data; 1099 or such) You need to show income that at least meets the 125% poverty guidelines of the I-864P
