Hi

My NOA2 expires in December, my dad has been ill and I've decided I need to wait a until next September to go so that my sister will be able to care for him. Is there anyway it could be extended by that long it would we have to re petition trying to avoid that if we can.

As that your timeline indicates that the embassy has your casserole , suggest that you contact the embassy with your inquiry.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Her casserole?? Sorry I couldn't help but crack up over that with Thanksgiving still heavy on my belly. That may be a new way to bribe the embassy for a quick interview date ...send them a casserole.

To the OP: Contact the London Visa unit using this online contact form (it's an email). They may not reply for days but it's really the only way to get in touch with somebody who can help. http://london.usembassy.gov/niv/visa_contact_form.html
