I came here with ESTA so I didn't have I-94. And Imhad to print it online for my forms.

If they want something to proof how you came to the country that's a good documents you won't get RFE

I came with ESTA as well and on the plane they gave me the I-94W to fill so I guess that is fine

the I-485 part1 is asking the date of last arrival/ current USCIS status/ and when expires, I came 4 years ago with I-94W expired back then, so I would say my current USCIS status is "overstay" but what about the spot asking "expires" should I leave it blank on just put the date actually it expired??

I really dont know what the difference is but since I came with ESTA they didn't hand me any paper to keep at the aiport.

They just do I94 online they keep it in their records.

Later I overtsayed and got married and to file my forms they asked for I-94.... So what we had to do is go to the website https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.htmlit's the homeland security website where you can get I-94 online and print it. They just want to know you came to the country in a legal way ( not crossing the border ) so if you put your passport number in that website and information they ask for it will show your I-94. You can ask for the last time you entered the country or for all the times you have been here.

It even show the date you were supposed to leave......

You can also call USCIS and ask them exactly if the one if you have is Ok for the forms they will tell what exactly they want.

no problem!! :)!

I did it this way printing it online and sent our forms this past September and had 0 problems.

I know some people from the forum who just put a copy of their passport stamp from when they entered the country and USCIS sent them RFE asking for I-94 so I always suggest this way and it's very easy to do.
