Hi everyone

My mom petitioner file no income cos no job ,but in fact she works for my sister(co-sponsor) as a medicurist but no license yet .In my sister tax transcript also include my mom name as dependant.

Can it be a misrepresentation?

My dad give up his GC without report to US government or embassy and live with me now ,does it effect my visa chance?

It will cause issues yes. Not sure it would be considered missrep, but they will need an accurate, upated I-864.

My mom works off and on in my sister shop. Because she doesn't have license yet ,also health condition problem. How about her name in my sister tax transcript as dependent cos they live in the same house??

Would it be a bad sign as a misrepresent ?will they find out about it?

Help me please, I feel nervous with this thing and my dad situation too.

I really want to go live with mom to take care her as well.

Moreover, she also get Medicaid which is considered mean test benefit ,does it raise an issue for me?

Let me give more detail about my mom, she spends nearly six months each year to visit me, and cos her health problem too, she did study medicure for license but not finish .therefore, our attorney put her no income with no job. She is GC holder since 2012, now she can work just to help my sister.
