I'm talking about the autopsy that showed the shot that killed him entered into the top of his head.

I suspect they could've found an Uzi on the guy and in your mind it would still be unjustified self defense on the part of the cop. Simply because the cop was white.

A black helicopter had a TD on the top of his head. Then a Special ops guy fired a guided bullet that went up and then into his head. It only works on black people and this was a test run before the gunning down young black men with impunity starts.

Not rushing armed law enforcement probably worked better. The lack of an imminent threat would take away any reason for law enforcement to open fire on him.

But not at the same time as he was finally confronted and arrested. If he had been cornered at the time of the shooting, he would likely have been shot multiple times. The same goes for if he had engaged in a firefight at the time of his arrest.

You may try to link these two cases , but they are very dissimilar in the way they occurred. Simply put, when cornered, Eric Frein surrendered. That's why he still draws breath.

As many witnesses stated , Michael Brown did not and decided to present an imminent threat to Officer Wilson. That is why he is dead.
