Did you follow all local customs, rules and laws before getting married? Did you take permission from ministry of foreign affairs? I went through all same like you. Denied K-1 then got married and refiled and climbed the mountain. It is a very long, complex and grueling process. Lot of people give up. That is one of the reason you will succeed because if you went through all that, they already know you are for real. If you committed you will succeed. I can answer any help you need since it is in same country. Every country rule is different and US Embassy strictly follow local rules and regulations and laws.. So it is better to learn from experienced fellow visa journey members. Rule is same for everyone but like I said local US Embassy strictly follow local law. Anything other then that will be a 100% denial. Cambodian local law is unlike any other country. So be cautious. Other fellow visajourney members from other countries not aware of Cambodian local law and gets confused and give conflicting information sometimes.

Yes I did everything Went through MFA and MOJ . Got my marriage certificate. I wish you would have let me know that I needed a criminal backround check because I had to have someone send it to me from home . That took about a week and a half . That and an a employment letter . I would never give up on her . I really do love her .

Stay on it you will succeed. Take every piece of evidence to interview. Contact your 2 State senators and let them contact US Embassy on your behalf once you get your interview date.If you visited her in between keep all the records and bring to interview. Don't leave anything behind. Bring everything.Check visajourney site for updated informations and ask questions if need. If you asked questions before you went to get married, you would have the police report and job letter with you last time. So stay informed.
