hi there!

i just signed and submitted my ds-160 form last night. But i have some questions regarding the ds-160

1)is there a bad implication of me answering yes to this question: Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet received certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved independent credentialing organization? i answered yes because im a nurse. is it advisable to just create a new ds-160? will it not be taken against me? anyone here who answered yes to that question and was still approved? i havent scheduled my interview yet

2) im from the philippines. is passport book number and passport document number the same? should i put my passport number on both tabs?

Thanks!

I have no idea about the question, but, being a US citizen I know that there is a lack of health care workers and so it probably actually benefits you. Not sure though.

Not all passports have passport book numbers. You should put the passport number, and if there is no passport book number you should put not applicable.

Hi!

I also had a question about that one while I was filling in my info on the DS-160, However, I answered NO, because that is not the main reason why I am applying for the visa, it is to marry my fiance since we are applying for K1, that maybe another reason but not the main. I am a nurse too. I will have my interview on December 1.

I put my passport number , I dont remember the passport document number, I just remember I put in my passport number, the one you can find at the upper part of your bio page. Good luck! :)
