HELLO EVERYONE! FINALLY MY INTERVIEW WAS DONE TODAY IN DENVER CO. MY INTERVIEW WAS 9:30AM BUT WE LEFT HOME AT 6AM . WE GOT THERE AT 7:45 THEN WE HAD BFAST AND CAME BACK AT 8:45AM AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR WHEW! I'M TELLIN YOU JEEZ I KEEP TELLING MY HUSBAND THAT THEY SHOULD BE CALLING US BY NOW BECAUSE IT'S HARD WHILE SITTING THERE AND WAITING IT WAS JUST AGGRAVATING LOL!. SO THE LADY OFFICER SEEMS TO BE A NICE PERSON AND I THOUGHT I HOPE WE CAN ANSWER EVERYTHING SHE ASKS. SHE GREETED US GOOD MORNING AND SHE SAID THANK YOU FOR WAITING. SHE ASKED US TO HAVE A SIT AND MY HUSBAND PUT EVERYTHING IN THE TABLE WE BROUGHT EVERYTHING WE CAN 2 BIG 3 RING BINDER FOLDER-TRANSPARENT,SHE SAID YOU LOOK VERY PREPARED SO I'M GONNA ASK YOU TO STAND UP AND SWEAR. THEN WE SEATED AND SHE ASKED FOR THE "ORIGINAL VACCINATION SUPPLEMENT" WE SENT THE COPY. SHE RETURNED THE REST OF THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT THEY ONLY NEED THE 2005. ASKED FOR OUR ID GAVE HER MY PASSPORT AND MY HUBBY'S SHE ASKED IF I HAVE OTHER ID'S AND MY HUSBAND SAID NONE COZ I DNT HAVE MY EAD YET AND SHE SAID THAT WAS CRITICAL AND ASKED FOR OUR BIO APPT. SHE SAID SHE'S GOING TO SCHEDULE US TODAY AND I SHOULD PROBABLY GET MY GC BEFORE MY EAD AND MY EAD'S GOING TO BE JUST A SOUVENIR lol: SO SHE ASKED FOR THE REST OF PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP WE HANDED OUR " 3 BANK STATEMENTS", "CAR INSURANCE", "COPY OF HIS BC","DIVORCED DECREE", AND 2005 ITR. WHILE SHE KEEPS SAYING EXCELLENT ! OUTSTANDING! SHE WAS REALLY GLAD THAT WE'RE VERY WELL PREPARED AND SHE SAID LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE ALL SET AND THE LAST THING SHE ASKED TO SEE WAS OUR WEDDING PICS WHILE READING MY FILE AND ASKED "WHERE DID WE GET MARRIED" I TOLD HER WE HAVE ONE MORE ALBUM IF SHE WANTS MORE PICS :lol: .FINALLY SHE LOOKED TO MEA ND ASKED MY NAME,BIRTHDAY,PHONE NUMBER THEN THOSE SERIES OF QUESTION LIKE "HAVE YOU EVER BEEN ARRESTED ETC. SHE ALSO SAID MY "GREENCARD" WILL ARRIVE 2-3 WEEKS FROM NOW,ASKED ME TO SIGNED A PAPER,WHEN TO FILE TO LIFT MY CONDITIONAL RESIDENCE 90 DAYS BFORE IT EXPIRED AND I CAN TRAVEL AND SO ON AND SO FORTH AND SHE CHECKS AND MAKE SURE ALL THE PEOPLE SHE INTERVIEWWD WILL DO THE BIOMETRICS AFTER SO THEY CAN HAVE THEIR GC SOON. THE INTERVIEW LASTED FOR JUST 10MIN. I THINK SHE'S BEEN READING MY FILES BEFORE SHE CALLED TO LET US IN.

SHE SHOWED US THE WAY OUT AND I TOLD HER NOW I CAN GO TO THE RESTROOM :lol:;):D SHE SMILED AT ME AND SAID YEAH,HAVE A GREAT DAY! :whistle: AS FOR MY BIOMETRICS IT TOOK SO LONG BEC. THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON MY A# SO I HAD TO WAIT AND COULDN'T GET A GOOD FINGER PRINT. SO WE LEFT THE ASC AT 11:45AM HEAD TO LUNCH THEN WENT HOME.

10/26/09 Sent application to Lewisville TX.

10/27/09 Rec'd Application signed by B. Conteh

10/29/09 Check cashed

11/02/09 Rec'd NOA date showing 10/29/09

11/09/09 Rec'd letter Bio Appointment

11/17/09 Bio Appointment 8am

11/20/09 Called FBI-Prints were sent back to USCIS same day.

12/03/09 Rec'd email from USCIS that the RFE was a mistake.

12/04/09 Rec'd email from USCIS saying that I have been transferred for an interview.

12/07/09 Rec'd letter for interview on 1/11/10 @11am in Fairfax, VA.

01/11/10 Interview completed. Passed test decision can't be made.

03/02/10 Contacted Senator's office...No reply yet!

03/04/10 Senator office called says can take up to 120 days.

04/12/10 Service request filed.

05/12/10 Contacted Senator's office again.

05/12/10 Told over the phone that I was approved. Believe it when I see it!

06/04/10 Senators office tells me the adjudicator who interviewed me thinks I have a criminal record. Send out all paper work showing no criminal record.

06/08/10 Leave for Canada

06/09/10 Get RCMP certificate showing no criminal record. Fax off to senators office.

06/23/10 Approved for Citizenship

06/24/10 USCIS contacts Senators office

06/28/10 Find out that I have been approved for citizenship and they are just waiting to schedule my oath.

07/12/10 Put in line for oath ceremony....wonder how long that will be!

08/18/10 Called USCIS confirmed they sent oath letter for 09/17/2010 at 9am.

09/17/10 Oath ceremony at 9am..... US Citizen!!!! Applied for passport.

Sounds like a good smooth interview. Sounds like you had a long drive to get there. Our office is only a 10 minute drive away.

AOS TIMELINE

16th December 2005 - Sent I-130, AOS, EAD & AP USPS overnight to Chicago Lockbox

18th December 2005 - Received at Chicago 9.18pm.

23rd December 2005 - NOAs for I-130, AOS, EAD, AP!! Didn't expect them that quickly

13th January 2006 - RFE for Medical and additional I-864 info

17th January 2006 - INFOPASS Apt about RFE.

23rd January 2006 - Appointment notice for Biometrics on 10th Feb.

10th February 2006 - Biometrics Appointment

21st February 2006 - Medical. Cost $250 including all blood tests, Td Shot, TB test and Titers for MMR and Varicella.

27th February 2006 - Appointment with immigration lawyer re. RFE for I-864.

1st March 2006 - Final results Medical. Papers in hand to send.

10th March 2006 - RFE responses to Lees Summit

13th March 2006 - RFE responses signed for at Lees Summit

24th March 2006 - Emergency AP approved in Omaha

28th March 2006- Collected AP

31st March 2006 - EAD Approval online

7th April 2006 - EAD arrived in mailbox.

21st April 2006- Received Interview Date for 22nd June

9th May 2006- Received SSN

22nd June 2006- AOS INTERVIEW APPROVED

REMOVING CONDITIONS

June 20 2008 - Package mailed to CSC under new rules. Would have been an NSC transfer

June 23 2008 - Package recieved at CSC

June 27 2008 - Recieve NOA1

July 16 2008 - Biometrics

July 17 2008 - Touched

September 9 2008 - Card production ordered

Thanks Denver is an hour drive from here in Colorado springs but we had to leave early just in case the weather goes bad or traffic conditions goes bad then had to check if that was the real place and find a place to eat bfast.

Jan 13 - Luis receives his driver´s license

Feb 8 - AP approved, received interview appt.

Mar 10 - AOS interview! Everything fine, just waiting an FBI check to finish up

Mar 25 - Welcome to America letter!!!

Apr 1 - GREENCARD ARRIVES IN MAIL!!!

May 20 2006 - WEDDING!

Jan 12 - I-751 completed and sent to Nebraska Service Center

Jan 14 - date of NOA

Jan 24 - received NOA, case has been transferred to California
