Good point! We too received tax transcripts via fax. Sure is a lot quicker!

You are certainly right that people should cross there T's and dot their I's to prevent delays but I think alot of it has to do with the examiner. If they find the case is suspicious, they can pretty much find anything in the proofs you submitted to deny/delay the case. We can only do so much as far as being prepared but at the end of the day our fate lyes in the hands of the person who is reviewing our petition.

I was worried that I was going to get an RFE because I didn't submit the intent to marry letter to the USCIS from either myself of my fiancee during the initial NOA2 process. I didn't get any RFE's and my approval was within the expected time frame of 90 days from the CSC.

The whole K1 process is a ####### shoot.
