my interview date is on the begining of december ....but my medical result will goes on for 2 monthes due to some extra medical examination given by the doctor ... so this situation does it may have effect on my case or not .....will the embassy give me another appointment until i finish my medical?

Assuming everything else is acceptable, the embassy will most likely put you on administrative processing (AP) subject to submission of your medical results. You will not need another appointment, just to send the documents. That said, there are a couple of embassies that do not allow interviews without completed medicals so I suggest you call the embassy first to check you can keep your original scheduled appointment.

If you extra medical is just over some illness you should still be eligible for a visa. If you failed a drug test I would definitely not buy a ticket until you have a visa in hand.
