Imagine how Brown would feel today if he had NOT attacked the cop simply because he knew in his heart he had just comitted a crime and had gone along quietly...

I'm sure you could find lawyers that disagree on everything, that's what they get paid to do. It's the judge and jury that matter.

Correct! He is a victim of being a dummass thug who thought his overwhelming girth would enable him to do whatever the hell he wanted to in life. The evidence shows he was shot and killed, not for being black, but for assaulting an officer of the law. But hey, you're not interested in that. It's better to tune in to B. Crump, Sharpton, and CNN and listen to what an angel he was and how white American police are killing unarmed blacks for no reason whatsoever; you know, like officer Wilson did to the black thug. All the evidence is lies because the race baiters say so.

To tell you the truth, viewing this from Japan, the whole Ferguson fiasco seems nuts.

From Japan things always look crazy about the U.S. It is one of the reason I want to move back. I loved Japan. I didn't have one problem there.

He did not get killed for robbing, or stealing from, the store. He got killed for attacking an officer, trying to take his gun, and then charging at him. That will get you killed.

The feigned outrage is what is nuts. These types of incidents between police and criminals happen quite often, but it's only when you have a white cop and black criminal does this feigned outrage ever happen, followed by the rioting and looting. I have no patience for this type of behavior by any race or group of people, it does nothing but hurt and kill other innocent people. The National Guard should be in Ferguson enforcing a state of martial law and arresting anyone who steps out of line until things cool down.

i am against the death penalty, so it makes sense that i do not support cops doubling up as judge/jury/executioner. and race place zero part in my opinion.

He was not killed for walking while black. His actions caused his death.

If it is true, that black people are gunned down by white cops just for walking down the street, then hold protests and rally when that is what happens. Why choose this as the rallying point? Pick a better example than the guy who ripped off a store, punched a cop, tried to take his gun, and then charged at him. I'm sorry, I have to side with the cop. When it happens that a cop just shoots a black guy while he's walking down the street, let me know. I'll be there protesting with everybody else. ( Actually, I'll just be writing about it here on VJ ) But, until that happens, all seems right in the world.

You would do better moving to a country that supports your view of law and its enforcement. Here in the USA police use deadly force for people who do what the dead black thug from Ferguson did.

You would do better moving to a country that supports your view of law and its enforcement. Here in the USA police use deadly force for people who do what the dead black thug from Ferguson did.

well dear, i hope you won't be too disappointed but, i was born here and i'm not going anywhere. further, there are many people who share my opinion -also not going anywhere. guess you're just going to have to accept that your beloved land of the free home of wild and loose deadly force is comprised of more than one view point. amazeballs right?
