Your not going crazy, they change the dates every time they touch your file or address your case, did you try checking the scheduled appointment list, using your SDO number??? I believe they update this list at the end and beginning of every month. This is how I found my appointment, then I called and verified....

Florlinda, we have similiar timelines, my ceac status date was changed on the 24th. They even emailed me that my case was already scheduled for an interview and to see the attached file but come to find out, the idiot that sent the email didnt attach the interview letter with the instructions, so i had to email them back n its been a few days already. Im going to DR next week and Im just gonna show up to this stupid new place they have to schedule appointments and see whats the deal. This is so not fair...

Now you dont have to pay 7 dollars, you can call to a new number, but it is useless, they only work with others kind visa.

In january they will statart to work with all kind of visas.

By the moment you can e-mail to the old adress and just wait, or e-mail the usc e-mail and try to get answer.

There is an adress for usc.
