G-325A

I can't access the example form for G325A for some reason so I wondered if someone could answer some questions for me:

1) when I, the USC, fill mine out, what do I check when it says "this form is submitted in connection with an application for:"? I think it's Status as Permanent Resident but I wanted to make sure.

Is it ok to photocopy the pages and then make the signatures original or do I have to manually fill out each one?

I put submitted in connection with: I130 Petition for Spouse.

Also, if you fill out the form on the computer, it will automatically fill in the subsequent pages after you fill in the first one.

The pages are slightly different at the bottom - from my understanding this is an irrelevant difference now, but I would still do all four - especially b/c the computer makes it easy

Too late. Did it by hand and now have major writers cramp.

From what I hear it's okay to photocopy as long as the signatures are original - I'm just not sure about the different notations at the bottoms of the pages. Maybe someone else knows. (The form isn't a major deal anyway, it seems like it should just be abolished!)
