Timeline

Hi all out there

I have petitioned for my wife under ir1/cr1 visa and my case is in nvc. For the last two years i have been filing as HOH coz i have my parents living with me. I married on dec 2103 and filed on sometime around march 2014 . I have been filing as HOH . And if my case doesn't move forward till January 2015 i want to file as HOH this year too even im married but my wife is not here and doesn't have SSN AND IIN .will this be a problem on our petition or its ok . Help plz

So i can file HOH this year too and put NRA in the field that says spouse SSN ?they will still considered married right?
