I have an expiring EAD on February next year but haven't had any update about my pending aos since my biometrics on June.

I want to ask to anybody who have same situation as I've had if I should apply another ead and spend $390 while waiting for my gc which nobody knows when will get adjudicated.

I have called USCIS so many times to ask them but all they said is that my aos is still in the normal processing time when it is obviously beyond 6 months.

Thanks!

You will need to complete another application, get new passport pictures, and provide the same information as you did on the first application. You will need to include a copy of your NOA1, and a copy of the page that the first EAD was mailed on with the scan sheet. Make sure that you reference on your application that this is your second EAD.

We completed ours and it was expedited and we received in less than 6 weeks.
