My status hasn't been updated online.. It hasn't moved since I received my NOA... Anyone with the same problems?

Anyone? Goodluck to you guys... I hope I'm the next in line.

11/16/14: Concurrent filing of i130, i485 and i765.
11/27/14: Texts and emails received.
12/03/14: Paper NOAs.
12/10/14: Biometrics completed (appt date)
02/13/15: EAD Received.

Hi guys!

So I got my EAD in the mail last Friday!!! So excited!! I am currently working on applying for my social security card. Good luck everyone!!

I received my EAD last saturday. yeahhhhh

Adjustment of Status

Nov-5-2014 Sent all documents to Chicago

Nov-11-2014 Received NOA

Dec-19-2014 Received Biometrics appointment for Dec 22nd 2014

Dec-22-2014 Fingerprints scanned and wait until now :-)

Oh well,

I haven't heard anything from them since my fingerprints were scanned.

Just in case, I would like to know what I should do if I do not get my EAD within 90 days, it will be 90 days some time in the beginning of Feb.

Can anyone tell me?

Don't rely on those online updates too heavily. We went straight from "Your fingerprint fee was accepted" to "My interview is scheduled." Ours never entered the "testing and interview stage", etc. Best of luck!

EAD/AP was ordered yesterday. I may even get it before the interview! :thumbs:

My case was received on November 21 and as of December 17, they are ready to schedule my interview. I contacted them 3 days ago, called USCIS and they filed a request for my case. I just received a letter today that states they are very sorry but they haven't been able to schedule my interview yet but working on it. Everyone who is worried should call them and you guys will get a letter very soon what's going on. Now I'm relaxed because they must be in some delay so I just should be patient. No news about my EAD either but today is only the 68th day since my case was received. It may be ordered in the next couple of days.

I am not sure whether I should call them now as it is not 90 days yet. I think I will wait and see if I will get EAD within 90 days or not, if not I will then call them.

You can call after 75 days.
