I figured i would join this group being that we filed or AOS in the same time frame. I am excited to be finally filing for an AOS but i wish my EAD status would move as well. It has yet to move and its making me nervous, as my OPT is set to expire today. Any advice on what to do from here?

Biometric appointment today. She seemed to have difficulty getting good prints from a couple of fingers so we'll see if I get called back.

No i stopped working. I would love for my EAD to come in soon, so i can start up again.

Hello Fellow Applicants, the Chicago office received my I-485, 1-765, and I-130 on November 6th. I have since then completed my biometrics and my I-485 status has changed to ready to scheduled interview as of December 8th. Has anyone in the November filing group received an interview date, or an approval for their EAD as yet? I would love for my EAD to be approved so i can get back to work.

Not me. I completed my biometrics on December 12th, but nothing has changed on my i-485 or i-765 yet. Of course, I check every day (even Sundays and Christmas Day, LOL).

I've been looking for a forum where I could at least interact with November filers, I'm so glad I found this today at least it helps to be courageous.

I filed for my AOS around Nov 16th.

I received my NOA 4 days letter.

Went for the biometrics appointment on the 10th of December.

I haven't received any other update, I just want to be sure if everything is on track..

Has anyone who filed around that period received an update?

I'm really excited to be here.

My appointment notice (postmarked Dec 16) just arrived today for my Dec 31 interview. Thankfully I had a lawyer who told me the timing of it, otherwise my case would have been considered abandoned.

So far I've had DHS lose paperwork and send stuff to the wrong address. Fingers crossed nothing else gets screwed up from now on.

I had my biometrics on 12th December and I just received my interview notice. I got the text message notification yesterday and the letter in the mail today. My interview is scheduled for February 5th. My i-485 went straight from "we have processed your fee" to "we have scheduled an interview" (or whatever the actual wording is). I think most people see an intermediate status, something along the lines of "we are ready to schedule an interview", but I didn't have that.
