7/19/06- NOA1

10/02/06- RFE email

10/07/06- RFE received (birth certificate)

10/11/06- CSC received RFE

10/24/06- APPROVED!

10/28/06- NOA2 in mail

11/08/06- Left NVC

11/09/06- Petition arrived at Cairo Embassy

11/23/06 - Packet 3 received!!!

12/05/06- Sent in Packet 3

12/14/06- Went to Egypt

1/17/07- Came back :(

1/18/07- Packet 4!

2/1/07- Interview ! ! !

07/17/07- Finally in Hand

07/22/07 - Arrived in Dallas :)

3 hours is way too long...

ok we are getting really close to the 3 hour mark. Maybe we'll set a record or something haha. I wish I knew what was going on ahhhhhh

As I was telling jordanian princess, i think I deserve an award for waiting the longest to hear from a fiance/husband after the interview.

It has now been 4 hours since he went in... and still phone is off. I know he did a lot of waiting himself inside the embassy, but come on, why schedule so many people at the exact same time!

anyone waited longer than 4 hours?

No I have you beat the interview for was me was at around 8am in the morning and he did not call until about 2:30 his time. I was going crazy, most people post by 6 am, our interview was around 4am my time so I was waiting and when 10am was ticking I was scared, I got the denied call around 11am. I guess my fears where well deserved.

any news yet Nouna? Don't let Private's negative talk scare you- I've seen it happen several times. Not everyone gets denied b/c it's taking a long time. (F)

Oct 12, 2006 - Called to pick up visa tomorrow!

Oct. 16, 2006 VISA IN HAND!

Dec. 24, 2006 - Said arrives in NOLA, just in time for the holidaze!

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!

Jan 8, 2007 - applied for SSN

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

Noura is correct, Nouna. Moh's appt was at 7:45am, he was not interviewed until around 10am. It's not unusual to wait several hours esp. in Cairo. Cairo and Casa are like apples and oranges. Negativity is really unnecessary here. I would appreciate it if this negative person would sod off. Thank you.

I think she heard the good news and went to sleep before telling us! I've sent her some emails but no response yet. She should be up by now, heheh!!! I think I'll call her!
