You need to find out what the discrepancies were, and be able to address them.

For example, if you said you'd never left your country, and the form said you have, then that is a big issue.

If it is that your fiance's brother's name is John and you said it was Bob, then it is more a question of talking more about your respective lives so you can answer questions.

Also, visit as often and as long as you can- a lot of "face time" really helps with aprovals.

It is imperative that you find the reasons for the first denial. If not, you may be making the same mistakes that caused the first denial this second time around. Yes more face time, and ensure that all information you submit is true.

But as I stated above you MUST try to find out what the reasons of the denial were to begin with, otherwise how can you address them in the second interview. Did your fiancee receive any written or verbal indications of why they were denied? There has to be some reason. Have you tried to call USCIS or NVC or even the embassy to obtain any information?

I don't know about asking a congressman for help because as I have read here, they may take a long time and depending on when your next interview is, you may not have that time.

I would also suggest that you provide a copy of the 2nd 129-F to fiancee and allow them to study the information on the paper so that they are able to answer correctly in accordance with what you wrote on those documents. If you are attending with them, you should have know verbatim the information submitted on the documents.
