When would I be with my wife? This much waiting is getting on my nerves, seriously ! ! ! Suicidal thoughts are coming to my mind without any exaggeration. I wonder people who are playing with my life dont get any punishment from God?

I know the waiting is hard. Maybe the hardest thing you have ever done in your life but you must stay away from getting depressed and angry, Your visa will come in time. At some point in time AP ends for everyone.

You must build a life for yourself while you wait. Go out with friends and family, read books and do things that take your mind off the visa process. Are you able to get a job or do you already have one? Anything works to help you find something else to think about. Learn to laugh and enjoy life again. I don't want you having anymore suicidal thoughts.

They didnt ask me to submit any form just updated medical!! We submitted that form before our interview and signed it at the time of interview so they only requested the updated medical and pics and we send it through amex

Carolyn I have a job Alhamdolillah but my parents have died in quick succession. My kidneys got failed due to stress of being away from my wife and she too was given anti depressents. Now I am on dialysis with transplant going to commence this winter In Sha Allah but above all I am very very lonely without my wife. I never ever thought that I would face that much problem of my visa. This february we would In Sha Allah celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary but a day we both would mourn of being away from each other. And you know, I doubt they are delaying my case only because of religious discrimination.

Asma, you must not post any negative comments/opinion whatsoever about anyone. We are in a public forum and its not a dignified act to do so. Also everyone has their own limitations and perceptions. Hope you would stay silent in case you have negaive thoughts about someone.

I make dua for everyone that Allah let everyone of us unite with our loved ones and make our lives easier, comfortable and proporous.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and embassy will be closed on Monday as well.

Reason is the political activity is going on in Islamabad.

I am so sorry about your medical problems and I was also taking anti depressents when I was waiting for our visa. I know Pakistani's love and respect their parents very much and you must be in so much emotional pain. We are your new family here on visa journey and we all understand how lonely you must be without your wife.

Are they updating your case at all? Pray for those people that work at the embassy it will help release your anger against them.

Have you ever had a congressman or a lawyer do some inquiry on what is going on with your case???

Yes we had our congressman/senator inquire about the case and they said that after AP is complete they would issue the visa.

I do believe that they do work on our cases but due to some reasons dont give the visa. Maybe its due to background check or whatever. I really dont know and have no desire to know honestly. All I want that they should give me a visa. I am honest, sraightforward and truthful person. Maybe these qualities are more of shortcomings than qualities.

What I believe is that some day everyone on this earth gets back whatever they do. Its good or bad depends upon your deeds. There are problems with everyone but more or less they are due to someone's own deeds. Though Allah tests everyone sometimes by giving and sometimes by taking away things.

I am having patience and positively spending my life with positive attitude as I have had learnt to manage problems in a systematic manner at a very young age Alhamdolillah. But this problem of being away from my wife (as she is my first love and love of my life) and loneliness is causing me so much pain.

I make dua that Allah let everyone of us unite with our loved ones. I and my wife we both have no greed for wealth or any material thing. We want happiness that is only possible if we both are together so that no more lonely time. No one can imagine the pain when you wake up in the morning and see yourself alone in the house and when you come back from work you find yourself alone. Worst case scenario is when you are married and havent done anything wrong but being away from your spouse.

God help me and help those who are depriving me of what I deserve.

Buhat afsus howa dunya me ase loog bi hote hai meri bahen allah app ko sabar de laken yakeen mano allah as ke badle app ko buhat kuch dega...zindaqi buhat pyari hai bar bar nahi melti surf aik bar melti ab ap sabar kare our aik naye zindagi shero kare.....

Our ap wapis q aye pakistan wahi rahti ap ko koi kuch nahi kah sakte waha women ki rights buhat ziada hai..
