My first and last medical was submitted at the time of interview 22nd sep. 2011 and after that embassy did not ask for any thing as yet....

first year of AP they reply my mails and for last 2 years embassy did not even contacted me not even bother to reply any of my inquiry.

3 years 4 months and 17 days in AP.........

i don't know how much time they need to investigate about me........

just google you will found many people/agencies offer 5 years multiple visa services/h1b visa services with guarantee just you have to pay few hundred of

thousands.........there arey many illegal ways to enter to US but harder way is that if you are a gentleman and you have chosen the right way to go US .....

Have you ever got a senator or congressman involved to inquire on your behalf?

i also submitt just one medical at the time of my interview in mar2012 so lets make the three years ap club on my side i have no more willing to go to the usa i have plan to bring back my wife in pakistan

I did, almost one and half year ago and they just got same AP reply from embassy......nothing else. and few days back I have contacted again to senator .......lets see..

hmm....I wish you get your visa before completing 3 years of AP, ameen,

yea its better you bring you wife in pakistan, for last one and half year my wife and daughter is also living with me here in karachi.

bring your spouse to Pakistan this is good idea while waiting in this nightmare ones you start living with your wife it does make your feel much better and will give you more engorgement! I hope your Ap finished and get your visa very soon insha allha i praying for your success

Hi everyone

I have been reading the discussions for so long but now I need some help

I am in AP since sep18, 2014. Yesterday on 11 march 2015 I revived a call from us embassy isl to submit new medical n 2 photos. I asked the caller for the status of my case but he told me nothing I am really hoping to get some information as to what does this mean?

Can there be any chance of them issuing the visa soon or do they just ask for new medical every six months once it's expired to update the case

It expired on 26 feb 2015 n now they r asking for new medical

Is it possible that the visa is coming soon or just that the embassy need to keep my file up to date ??

@sabirh both things can happen . according to me they ask for medical when they ready to issue u visa they dont ask for their file update mostly. btw y were u in AP .

@ms sarfaraz no one knows the reason for AP,I was told CO that everything is ok with ur case,kept my passport nd told me it will take 1 to 3 months,stuck in AP for 6 months

Sabirth remember they can issue the visa up to 30 days before your new medical expires. Always be prepared for a last minute trip to the USA.
