I had a question, for people who had to submit a second medical, is the beneficiary contacted by phone or email or both?

Whatever email you gave them for beneficiary they will contact you by email. Because my wife second medical needed was just an email. No phone call no letter nothing nada

u can expect both email and the phone call...mostly phone calls are being carried out through embassy in near past bcoz of work load on them...but they send email as well specially when we request them on phone for appointment reasons etc...

status date updated today Saturday, I thought these people don't work on weekends. Strange...

Yes they work on saturdays and even on sundays some times and u r so lucky to get an update on saturday...VJ history shows that people who got updates on weekends specially on sundays received their visas very soon so I pray and hope inshAllah you will get your visa very soon...Plz remember us all in your prayers as well

No updates bro and i also got updates in weekend in 2014 but nothing...still waiting last friday 3 years completed in ap

THANKS SO MUCH, INSHALLAH. I DONT GET MY HOPES UP UNTIL MY HUBBY HAS THE VISA IN HIS HANDS...BECAUSE THE WAY THE EMBASSY WORKS IS SO IRRESPONSIBLE. BUT I PRAY ALL ALL MY BROS AND SIS GET THEIR VISAS SOON AND FINISHED WITH THIS NIGHTMARE!

No brother...this month no update

Maybe we able to get few updates in this month like last year. many of us had updates on 13 or 14, and for now embassy seems to very slow this time as comparing to last year I don't know why they are not issuing much visa's not asking for documents not answering our emails

I have a question to everyone who had submitted the ds 260 form the second time. There is a question in ds260 where it asks that if the applicant has any vaccine records before. Since my wife has done 1st medical before and doctors gave her the record. Should i write yes because my wife have vaccine records from 1st medical or no?

i would say yes, because answer is yes...right?

I am confused thats why i asked if somebody had done it before so please give me the answer so i can start filling up the form.

My first and last medical was submitted at the time of interview 22nd sep. 2011 and after that embassy did not ask for any thing as yet....

first year of AP they reply my mails and for last 2 years embassy did not even contacted me not even bother to reply any of my inquiry.

3 years 4 months and 17 days in AP.........

i don't know how much time they need to investigate about me........

just google you will found many people/agencies offer 5 years multiple visa services/h1b visa services with guarantee just you have to pay few hundred of

thousands.........there arey many illegal ways to enter to US but harder way is that if you are a gentleman and you have chosen the right way to go US .....
