i did my last medical in oct 2013 yes sister thats right dr naeem ul haq late appointment could be possible due to workload try to called back explain your situation they are very helpful maybe they will give you earlier appointment! have you try to get through from N.I.B.D. (National Institute of Blood and Bone marrow Diseases) HOSPITAL Dr. abdul majeed

oct 2013 that was last time they asked it i believe they think so that we can afford to keep sending it but is not true the embassy has response to my senator inquiry in may 2014 saying they would not ask for anymore docs until my case completed

on 2nd march i got medical email to give embassy new medical. they send me the list of approved physicians also when i opened it . In the whole karachi now there is only 1 doctor who will do all the medicals its Dr. Naeem ul haq. If this is your 2nd medical you have to wait 15 to 20 days for report to come and apointment you will get will be after a week. so be prepared who are doing 2nd medical. the people who are doing their first medical the doctor are preferring them fast report because of their interview date. i think in the near future there will be no doctor in karachi and we had to go to islamabad or either lahore for medical.

@mrs.Sarfaraz. I would like to notify some points for your consideration than you can plan accordingly.

First of all you can not travel anywhere after 28 weeks of pregnancy it is a rule followed strictly by airlines.

Second- your x-ray can't be performed in this condition clearly mentioned in medical requirements.

Third- after the arrival of your child the size of your family will be changed. Although your child will be a US citizen by birth but as per the instructions of i-864 it ll be counted in household size. Which will change the income for poverty line. Before this check your spouse eligibility for that figure otherwise once again you will need to submit i864 with joint sponsor.

If I am wrong someone please correct it.

All the best to all

I seriously think AP was meant as a test to all couples to see which couples can sustain their marriage. The long APs to check who hangs on to eachother after several years.

@ans khan thanx for the help but the case in which u r expecting twins or complicated pregnancy u can't travel after 28 weeks but if u r pregnant with a single baby n uncomplicated pregnancy then u can travel till ur 36th week with a medical letter u can see on website of Emirates or etihad (both airline ) I would travel if I got my visa plus my dr allowed me too ..

Second thing I did xray with double shield when I was 2 months pregnant so they still do this with double shield if they have ur consent or dr permission letter .I'm going to meet my dr tomorrow for a confirmation ..

3rd thing i864 .. I will apply my child crba if born in Pakistan so baby will become US citizen and for extra information my husband is asking his lawyer to clear this confusion

Yes my delivery is next month inshaALLAH let's c if I can do it or not ? If dr say yes I'll go for it otherwise will wait for 15,20 days more

mrs.sarfaraz I have been in the hospital and just got out yesterday so I was unable to read visa journey and answer questions.

There is more to it then looking at the ceac website and seeing issued. The visa may take a little longer and dates may change because they have to put the Do Not Open package together and they may decide to do one final check of everything before sending the visa and package to the beneficiary. I've know cases where it took the beneficiary 3 weeks to get the visa after seeing issued on the ceac website.

Islamabad embassy often makes mistakes and what they did to you and your husband is just one of them. They told me my affidavit of support was fine, then they said it wasn't, then they said it was and it went on and on like that until I got a co-sponsor.

I hope your husband's lawyer is able to help you because I think the baby might come before the embassy issues you the visa. They are known for working slowly on cases not quickly. Have a co-sponsor ready just in case. Have them order tax transcripts and things now. This is just my opinion the lawyer will tell your husband what he thinks is best.

on 2nd march i got medical email to give embassy new medical. they send me the list of approved physicians also when i opened it . In the whole karachi now there is only 1 doctor who will do all the medicals its Dr. Naeem ul haq. If this is your 2nd medical you have to wait 15 to 20 days for report to come and apointment you will get will be after a week. so be prepared who are doing 2nd medical. the people who are doing their first medical the doctor are preferring them fast report because of their interview date. i think in the near future there will be no doctor in karachi and we had to go to islamabad or either lahore for medical.

will this be your 3rd medical submission?

No its 2nd medical submission. My wife was telling me that even doctor was surprised to see that many people. There is a guy outside who book appointments. My wife was telling me that when he was getting the phone calls from people to schedule an appointment and the guy was saying we are very busy we have no time. If you want to do medical you have to wait 15 to 20 days for report. People were saying we have interview we have to go embassy. The guy answer was if you want early go to lahore and islamabad and get the medical done from there or else tell the embassy to reschedule your interview date.. doctor timing is from 5pm to 8pm and they are leaving at 12am to 1am in the night. I think soon there will be no doctor in karachi

Every now and then the status will update on the weekend. I always thought it meant they were working on the weekends but it could be something automatic with their computers.

I have a question to everyone who had submitted the ds 260 form the second time. There is a question in ds260 where it asks that if the applicant has any vaccine records before. Since my wife has done 1st medical before and doctors gave her the record. Should i write yes because my wife have vaccine records from 1st medical or no?
