Hi,

I think I am the only person here whose case didn't update once even after interview which was in start of November. Can anyone tell me the reason? As far as embassy and NVC are concerned, I have same experience as othrrs. No response from embassy and no information from NVC.

How did ur interview go? Were u asked to submit anything after it?

Sarahch asked a good question. If you were asked to send additional documents your case should have updated at least once.

I think my patience is ended. I can not bear it anymore. From now on i would rather pray for my death than to meet with my wife because my wife is sick and she is dying day by day and i can not get her here to get her better treatment. And by seeing my wife like this its better that both of us dir than waiting for each other and see each other like this. Hope you all have good life and visas issued as soon as possible..

Yes guys I did. I submitted my resume and training documents as my profession is included in TAL and this is the reason of my AP.

Actually I submitted twice just because of the same reason that my case wasn't updated after submission. But after second submission it wasn't updated too. I asked from NVC rep about these documents bit he said I couldn't access you should contact embassy for verification and embassy didn't respond.

I submitted my documents online as attachments this is the way the VO asked me to submit.

Is it mandatory to receive an update if they got my documents?

My case last date is very next to my interview date as I believe he generated a SAO for me.

As far as interview is concerned no doubts were about our relationship. The whole interview was about my profession. He was already satisfied about our relationship.

Actually our child is also a beneficiary and issued its visa without asking any question but we asked to hold its visa because of mine.

I would wait a few more days and if you still cant get a confirmation of the documents being received, I would mail those to the embassy directly through the courier service. NVC are stupid, they can tell you weather your documents have been received or not in their system, that is how i confirmed my documents were receive when the NVC told me as well that they were delivered. The embassy never replied to anything. It is mandatory to receive update when you submit something because they update their file on their end which shows update. I got update when my documents were received.

Don't think like that at all plz! I know there is nothing comforting but plz dont lose hope, all APs end at some point and this will finish too. I pray for your wife's health. and for you two to be reunited very very soon.

hmm, i am sure many of us are going through the same feelings. trust me, its not easy as i am going through a similar pain which i am sure you are going through. just have a little more patience and you will be hearing good news soon.

if the situation is absolutely critical like you have said of your family then i suggest you get all the evidence from doctors and get a lawyer to sent them an email and also there is an option of contacting state senator office to help out but i dunno if that really works because many times i have seen VJ its just a simply reply they give after an inquiry. hope all the best to u and pls never ask for death, imagine there are ppl in this world in this time and age who are in the far more worst situations then we are going through this. Always stay positive

Yes send them via American Express, and they do need your case number to know it belongs to your case.. were you given any sheet at the interview saying what you needed to send them?

Yes the CO gave me standard AP sheet and mentioned resume in required documents, that's it. Rest of the documents he mentioned verbally.

I am thinking to send copy of that letter also where resume is mentioned.

Also I ll send the screen shots of the online submission showing both date and time.
