u should definitely let embassy know of this. no one here can help u on this. its definitely a mistake from them and they will correct it

Can u predict how long embassy will take to correct it?

i cant predict. best is to try to contact them as soon as possible

and try searching here on VJ and google if anyone had same experience

You will end up sending your passport back to the embassy for correction. You will not be allowed to fly with those dates. We are all sorry the embassy made such a mistake with your visa.

g sir i married with my wife in 2010 my wife file my case apr 2011 my interwiew was done in mar2012 at interview time vo said that every thing is fine and put us in ap in my case red flag is that we both divorced from previous marriages she is my cusin we both have child but if u look at there society this is the most common thing which they do then it should not be redflag for us

I dont think, being divorced is a red flag. Not just in the US but also in Pakistan, our society has undergone a huge paradigm shift regarding marital lives. What we all can do here is to just guess about possible causes of being in AP. Just fate nothing more. I make dua that Allah make things easier for ALL of us. AAMEEN.

Give you another visa in a couple of days. Dont be upset

As your visa is already approved.

Hey guys I have a question. As you guys know that tax season is approaching in the USA. If visa is not issued before april 15th of 2015. Will petitioner have to resubmit i864 affidavit of support along with new federal tax? Or only updated federal tax paper will be required. ?

No you do not have to submit new information on Tax returns unless embassy request it from you specifically its uncommon for them to ask for sponsor information again, however it has happened to friends on this forum who were in AP for over a year and longer.
