From what I know, you have a ten year greencard, right? A spouse cant cancel the greencard unless he's telling USCIS other false stories that would make you look bad.

Anyone else on the forum who was asked to submit ds260 and medical pics recently apart from salsan ? If so please share when you sent the documents and if you were contacted for fingerprints and oath by now or are you waiting for it

Hi hispeedworm,

I was asked to submit the fresh documents and then I was scheduled for finger prints and oath. when I went for finger prints and oath they started questioning me again about our marriage and relationship. now they are asking recent proof of our ongoing relationship as a husband and wife. I was not expecting that but you never know what they embassy is doing. they still not approved our visa even after oath and finger prints.

I am going to send them the new proof soon and then see what they do.

I am more interested in the time frame. how much time it took for them to call you for fingerprints after you submitted the medical and ds260 as I am at that stage. and when exactly were you scheduled for finger prints. reason i ask that is because back in august September they were taking up to 2 months after docs submission to call for fingerprints and lately i saw people were called as soon as 12 to 14 days after submission

Do you know how long this MANTIS clearance take???

According to my knowledge minimum 4 months and maximum don't know.. just pray to GOD

Now i get why the CO made an issue with your time in Pakistan, that wasnt the issue at all, its the whole background check they have to do with your husband cuz of his proffession

if you go through AP-Tracker Part 1 or 2 you will find the brief discussions about Red Flags related to our visa issues and hence its easier to understand why we are put in AP & that will make it easier to understand why Embassy treats us like this...But we are sad that it is happening with every one and some people really have no patience and go under deep stress & frustration.....US Embassy & Govt. must realize this and care of such respectable( pious ), civilized, educated & innocent citizens who are going to be a part of their own society.....Allah bless all bros & sis and bring them out of this miserable punishment ( A P )
