I have noticed that people are mentioning exact time as well when their case was last updates CEAC.

Is it impossible to see the time there cuz all I can see is the change in date but there is no time mentioned when that update was done!

Thats because we check several times in a day

If you have no update early morning but update in noon it is 11 PM PST

If you have no update till eve, its 3 pm

I personally check le status every hour so

Soo happy, our status changed to ready today and it says non-immigrant visa instead of immigrant visa. Does this mean that it will be issued in couple of days??

Hi Everyone, My status was changed to ready this morning too and also changed to non-immigrant visa but right now I changed again it is showing administrative process. Does it mean I am going to hear a good news soon?

Alhadmdulillah Issued after being in AP for approx 7 months there was 4 updates in the 2nd week of April and then embassy email for the new updated medical after 3 days of medical submission now status showing issued.

Thanks to Almighty ALLAH

Inshallah all in AP will get visa very soon.

Can any one guide how I can pay Green Card fee.

Our visa finally showed issued yesterday, May 3rd! Interview was March 9th. It was 7 weeks from interview to issued. So happy this 1.5 year wait is over. I know some of you have been waiting even longer and I hope you all hear good news soon!

hi vj friends .

since my k-1 visa was approved recently ,i have collected my passport recently from Amex islamabad.

and the lady at the counter told me that i have to pay $165 before i travel to states for k-1. I asked her i am on fiance K-1 ,and i was assuming it was spousal visa where you make $165 before travelly to states,BUT SHE SAYS NO ITS FOR EVERY ONE.

I am travelling soon and i really wanted to know that do i really have to make this payment???

if yes than we can make it online payment on how?

any help much appreciated as im flying soon

That payment is for spousal visa only. Once you get to the USA and get married you will send USCIS more forms and payment.
