hi,does any one please know if the denial letter and passport of applicant is posted on apllicant home adress once its denied?

do embassy call or email the applicant too? or how it works

need a quick reply...as i am in another city due to some work and cant collect the postal item sent by embassy to my home adress until tuesday?

can i assume this is my denial letter and passport???? even tho i have not received any call or email from embassy.

Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing well. Can anyone please tell me how this CEAC status updated date works? My interview was on 9Feb, everything went well Alhamdulillah, the CO did not even see the pictures and just asked three questions and said that I will get my passport in 3 weeks. My wife asked him is it approved he said YES. I dont know why he said 3 weeks but, however, my Status updated date on CEAC changed on the interview day, on 10 Feb and on 11 Feb. Today is 12 Feb and today its did not change. Is the commitment CO gives for the timeframe true? I am more worried about it. Can anyone please tell me how it works? I am really confused

This is my first time posting in this thread. Although I see a lot of IR1/CR1 cases here but my visa is K1.

I see people write about status date updates they get on their cases which start as early as a few days after the interview. Well my status update still show the same interview date. Is this a bad sign or not much relevant?

Our case status updated on feb 9, exactly 7days. we have not yet submitted required documents.. and I didn't write any emails to them. what does this update signify? if anything? is it a good sign?

some background.. they asked to submit a joint sponsor, which we are doing presently. it's in transit but hasn't reached the embassy yet. last update was jan 11 when i emailed and inquired about the requirements.

how long after we submit the required documents and they receive them via US Visa Service Center... will we hear good news, if everything else is fine Inshallah.

My husband was in Ap, he already got his visa , but we had requested the passport back at one point during AP, and they gave it within a week

Any update is a good sign, it means someone is working with your file, there is no time limit, on how fast the embassy works once they receive your documents, it is all a waiting game, hope for the best.

Hi,I have interview on 16 February .after done evrything and kept Pasport co give me white slip 221g new joint needed.17 February same status ready for interview update and then 18 same status ready for interview updated .

Anybody have any idea what is goin on or what will nest status.thanks

Did you submit the papers for a joint sponsor yet? I'm guessing not yet. That update might be in err. I would contact the embassy via email. Go to the embassy website where you can fill out an email. They reply within a few days, usually.

No we did not submit yet.interview was 16 .same status changed at 17 then 18 but not today. I don't know what I ask them in email.i would like to wait tht what happen to status and when it will changed .looking from u people experience

Just submit the papers, and wait for them to review it, there is no timeframe on when they will issue visa, its all waiting game.

Since the interview status change Ready like its was before interview 3 times.interview was 16 it change 17,18 and 21. What's is that means and what u think what is going on.
