I'm very sorry to hear about your visa get refused have you got your passport back yet or any call from embassy?

Embassy usually called applicants when they refused any visa application.

I know how is feels but Try to Stay strong brother.

i guess everyone is tired of this waiting pain and just dont wanna think about it but that's just my opinion

so today i got reply of email , i missed call from embassy # and later today i got this e-mail.

do u think they called me to return my passport?as they have it, or they call applicant and say come and get your passport ,u are denied?

i dont know whats temporarily refused ? never heard about that? pls share views what this whole thing mean??

It sounds to me like they are saying your case is still at the embassy in AP. Didn't you say NVC kept saying your case was in AP. This is good news!

This does sound like you're still in AP, otherwise, I'm sure they would have confirmed that you were refused. Out of curiosity, did you mention your CEAC status in your email to them? How long did they take to respond to you?

alslam alikeo brothers and sisters i have a quez after 7 month in ap the embassy sent e mail asking for new medical report i did and sent after a whole month and got many up dates last one was in 10/1/2016 then i e mailed the embassy i dot this response from it

The case in the final procedures and will be finalized soon.

is that good news or normal
