congratulations!!!!!!!! remember us in your prayers........5th year in AP no update, last 2 months only update on email inquiry ......reply always same......your case in administrative processing .....which is a normal process (5th years in normal AP...)......it takes few weeks or months.......etc. etc.

Thank God you have applied for CR-1 visa if it was a K-1 they would just tell you it expired after all this time. My heart breaks for you and others in your situation. For some reason they are not even working your case. They just let it sit there hoping it will go away. You and your wife are very strong people and the embassy has not destroyed your marriage like they have done to so many others. I will keep praying for you.

WAITING FOR VISA IN HAND HOPEFULLY DOESNT TAKE TOO LONG....

Where is (ioe) number i have only got it payment email from elis..but there is only tracking number..

Didn't you pay your greencard fee? When you pay for your green card, the page (in the picture attached) appears where you will find your IOE number

I dont have any thing like that my father paid directly in uscis website the green card fee..now a days procedure are changed i think...what you say?

Yeah maybe, because the old process was all #######. So maybe they make it easier. I don't know then how to find your your IOE number. Maybe just call them to know the status.

He only needs to buy a one way ticket. Round trip tickets are sometimes less expensive. Right now it is important that he only listens to you and others who have gotten a United States visa. There is a rumor going around that you can give the visa packet to the officials at the airport in Pakistan. This is false and if they open the visa packet he will not be allowed to come in the USA.

Also did he scan the visa and send it to you so you could look it over and make sure everything is correct?

Its depend on your destination i came to dullas Washington airport in emirates airline

Peshawar to dubai and dubai to Washington..cost was 1060 us dollor
