After 3 year and 6 months of ap and today went for fingerprint and issued as well

I hav heard that it can chang back to AP or ready back and thn chng to issue...... is it true......... or if it is issued thn it dosnt change?

I went today for oath and now I checked my visa issued

Dear brother my fingerprint took at 12.20 pm than after 2 hour i checked my case its showed issued

yarm bro I have lost 7 precious years of my life for this US visa, 5th year in "administrative processing",

I try to be positive but some time I feel broken and day by day losing hope.....anyhow thanks for your pray thats what I need always.
