Sometimes the embassy is really quick to receive documents and update a case and sometimes they are slow and take a couple of weeks.

Thank u vry much Carolynhotstuf...........it happened to someone before me ???????..... and can u plaese tel me whn contacting embasy to tel them that I hav send documents, I will chose what option from that menu on embasy email contact page..like (additional documnts or others or some other thing)

You would choose the option I was asked to send additional information. Give it another week then if your case doesn't update email them. One time I sent new documents and it took 3 long weeks before my case updated.

Today after one year exact from my husband's interview, my husband got an emaiil to send a new medical and ds260 and he will be called in for new fingerprints and oath.

I will beleive it all when i see the visa in hand, but a big relief. It feels like i can see a little light at the end of this long and dark tunnel

So I have a question...

I just checked the status of my husbands passport and on the US travel docs website it says "Your passport is still with the US Embassy/Consulate"

But when I email them it says "Delivered To Post"

Does anyone know what this means?
