I submitted the I-130 in October 7 and received the NOA1 October 10. I received the NOA2 December 18, 2006.

I just submitted an I-129F to Chicago for a K-3 Visa on January 29, 2007.

Will there be a conflict because I waited until after the NOA2 to submit the I-129F? Will it be returned to me?

I understand that those I-129F cases going to Chicago will now be sent elsewhere - is this true?

I also read somewhere that the I-129F form has expired and a new one will take its place - is this the case?

beameup,

Good question, let us know what happens with your I-129f.

I-129f is now being processed at either the CSC or the VSC, same as the I-129f.

I-129f should be re-issued sometime in the not too distant future.
