anyone please help.... I came here in US under CR1 visa but im using my single name on my passport and GC. Now im going to file for ROC, here is the case: "MARIA ONE TWO THREE" is the name on my GC. I am from philippines and i have 2 first names which is "MARIA ONE" and TWO is my maiden name, THREE is my family name. Now that i want to use my married name, what should i right on the form,

1.will it be SMITH (husband surname) MARIA ONE as the first name and THREE as my middle name? will i omit TWO? because that is the philippine custom, to drop off the mother's maiden name, on the PART 1 on the I-751 form

2 what will i right on the others used name? will it be THREE (family name) MARIA ONE (firstname) TWO (middle name). this is the name written on my 2 yrs GC. I want to use my mrried name now. please help? thanks
