not yet. My AOS still "in process". They took the fee out of my bank account on Nov 18. Hoping it to switch to paid soon

I checked about an hour ago. i just checked again AOS "PAID" ....will shall see how long it takes to be able to pay the IV

The payment was taken out if my bank account on the 19th. Let me know when you see an invoice so I'm not freaking out if there late

DId you receive the welcome packet or email from them? i haven't, and i have been reading you are suppose to get instructions from them via the welcome packet/email

I've only recieved one envelope with my case number and invoice number. The instructions were on those papers. Pay Aos and IV then send in all the required docs. I know they just changed the Nvc process so reading old threads will confuse and scare you

Did you send in any documents yet? I heard your suppose to send everything in all together after both payments are paid but the instructions on the AOS receipt says to send in the the I-864?

I haven't yet, I haven't paid both fees yet. I am waiting for the IV application fee to become available. Where you able to pay the IV fee yet?

I did read you send both packets together once both fees are paid, the I864 is the Affidavit of Support "application" and then you include the taxes of the petitioner.

It does feel like its been forever! I received an email from NVC with the IV invoice this morning.....but when I go online to pay it. Its not available yet .

I am not a very patient person, and this wait is killing me!

No, I called nvc this morning they said there is a glitch in the system and they are working on it but they don't know when it will get fixed

can you believe I still haven't been invoiced! any luck with it letting you pay the IV bill?
