The answer is mostly wait... but you go to the ustraveldocs.com/ht site and after creating your account you can go to the Contact Us page. There will be two different ways to track her passport - easiest is by far is on that page just type it in. It will tell you one of a couple things (I don't remember the exact wording)...

1. We don't have a record of that passport in our system (that's what I had for 2 weeks)

2. Your passport has been received from the consular section and is being processed for delivery

3. Your passport is ready

#3 is the one that really matters and you may never see #1 but I'm betting #2 is like the warning to be in Port Au Prince the next day for pick up.

You really are a sweetheart! Thank you so much for all your help through this. Hopefully all works out soon. How is it going with your fiancée? Is he in the US yet?

You are more than welcome!!! Thanks for asking! And he's not here yet but I was able to buy his plane ticket today and he'll be here late Sunday night. It's so good to finish the process in Haiti.
