Hallelujah we just got & paid our IV invoice!! One step closer to hubby coming home. I pray that everyone gets good news tonight or very soon!!

Congrats!! When was your DS-261 reviewed? Ours was done on Nov 18th according to the NVC rep. Hopefully all of us waiting also get it this week.

Thanks!! Im not sure of the review date but im pretty sure it was a few days after payment because I called in back then & they said I was listed as the agent. That's why I was confused why it took so long for the invoice to be released.

Ok. Ours was reviewed on Nov 18th and we paid AOS fee on Oct 23rd, we are really concerned why its taking so long. But looking at all the posts here, looks like many are waiting on IV. I guess NVC has been having some issues. :(

Have you contacted the NVC? It seems like whenever I've called things happen shortly afterwards.

My husband has been calling them every 2 days. They keep saying it will be done soon (initially they said it will be invoiced in last week of Nov), they said they have email service issues. Last time my hubby called, he requested to speak with supervisor, but no one was available so they marked our case for supervisor review.

He will call again tomorrow.

I paid the AOS bill last Thursday. The money was taken from my account on Friday. How much longer will I have to wait until they invoice me for the IV? This process is driving me nuts!! :ranting::clock:

Mine took 26 days after Choice of Agent form submitted. 30 day bracket was told by CS of NVC.
