The chart represents 366 filers in the April to Oct time range whom have received already received NOA2, whom were initially processed at the Texas center and are not from Philippians. After waiting

congratulations!!!! I was approved a few hours ago!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: cant believe after NOA1 on the third of October it's to the last few weeks :) :)

Oct. 03/2015 - NOA1

May 21/2015 - RFE

June 3/2015 - RFE Resp Sent

June 23/2015 - NOA2 (263 DAY WAIT!)

July 8/2015 - NVC Recieve

July 9/2015. -Number Assigned

July 13/2015 - Left NVC

July /2015 - Consulate Recieves

- Recieved Packet 3

- Sent Packet 3

- received Date for Interview

10/15/2014 --- NOA1

05/01/2015 --- NOA2 (198 days)

05/08/2015 --- Case sent to the NVC

05/15/2015 --- Case received by the NVC

05/18/2015 --- Case number assigned

06/05/2015 --- Consulate received + Packet 3 received (e-mail)

07/27/2015 --- Medical

07/28/2015 --- Interview (APPROVED!)

07/30/2015 --- Issued

08/04/2015 --- Received

09/25/2015 --- POE

10/10/2015 --- Wedding

Sooo... who else is left other than spencer04 and us? Neither of us has had an RFE either.

Could they please just approve all of us already? I am feeling whiney today and so fed up with this process. Almost makes me want to ask my fiance to move here instead, even though I know all the (still valid) reasons for what we are doing.

Sorry to be taking it out on the board, but i want to spare my flatmates :-P

242 days and counting - waiting at the case resolution unit apparently, whatever that is..

When we called yesterday to chase apparently we wasn't supposed to have been told we are at "CRU"

Now we can't even get past a tier 1 person

I *really* do wonder what the CRU might be.

251 days for us :-/

I´d even be happy about some reliable info about where our case is right now.

Oh of course. I mean, I don't want to get an RFE but at least I know once I submit that information it will get approved eventually.

My fiancée (U.S) is at her wits end. She's well and truely fed up..

Approval tonight would be amazing.. But, I won't get my hopes up.

I've started to just laugh at the whole process now and find it amusing

She's coming to England 1st August for a week.

Ideally the plan (if we were at that stage) was going to be for me to fly back with her but that isn't happening..

So yes I get to see her soon which is a great distraction - she'll be able to hand deliver all of the forms I need for the next stage LOL ??
