It happened...WE....ARE...APPROVED!!!! So many days and so many tears I can't count. If only he was awake so I could tell him...I guess we'll celebrate in a few hours. Wow, so many emotions. I'm overwhelmingly blessed, and so happy to be free of TSC!

Congrats!

We called USCIS and was told our file is with the case resolution unit / CSR or something like that...

I can't find any information on why or what they do.

We were 240 days out. Every time I would look at the app I was disappointed. My senator's office had called and told me it was on someone's desk and I was going to hear early last week. Last week came and went...this is a heart-wrenching process. You don't know what to do or who to try and ask for help. Prayers for you and all of us to come to a successful end of this journey.

Hm, interesting. Never heard that before either.

I am trying to get my fiance to call again, but they always tell him to call back in a month and he is not a pushy type person so he didnt make it through to a tier 2 (not that those people are helpful all that often either).

Have you guys tried anything in regard to trying to reach out to a senator or something? We havent, but I think I´d like to, just to see what happens.

I am crossing my fingers for you guys along with crossing them for us.

We filed a USCIS service request which is yet to be assigned.

We wrong to our congressman and haven't heard anything, and last week my fiancée (U.S) called and asked to speak to a tier 2 representative.

It was them who said our case is with the resolution unit and we should hear this week, or next.

I'm not getting my hopes up at all.

We'll probably hear sometime in 2015 ??

;-) We´ll see. 2015 *would* be nice lol

Maybe I´ll ask him to call again.

It is just so aweful not being able to do anything or even know what is going on. A bit more transparency would be great.

For now I am graful for my job and booked a flight for the summer to go out to the US for a 10 day visit. Might as well travel, instead of mope around.

Hi everyone

I don't know in what way you called NVC, but I found a way to call them for free from Denmark..

I'm just using my Gmail and the Google app called 'Hangouts'

Call +1(603)334-0700

It works, so if you don't want to wait for your USC fiancée to call them, go call them yourself for free :D

I called them about 30 min ago, got thru right away and talked with a nice lady who of course said that it could take 35 days from the NOA2 to NVC received it. It's only 8 days since my NOA2, so I said "okay I'll try another day".

Just wanted to share it with you! :)
